Travis Brown is one of the most highly sought-after brand marketing strategists, motivational speakers, and DEI thought leaders in America!

For the last 25 years, his career has been dedicated to motivating, inspiring, and building diverse teams, where people can achieve things, they never thought possible!

Today, Travis is CEO of Mojo Up Marketing + Media, the largest black-owned marketing agency in Indiana. With his leadership, the agency has built a unique diverse + talented culture that builds strategic and creative campaigns for companies including Eli Lilly, McDonald's, AES Indiana, and Southwest Airlines.

As a Keynote Speaker, he has also rocked over 3,500+ stages for Fortune 500 companies, industry-leading conferences, and NFL teams.

Travis is the creator and host of the award-winning podcast, Mojo Up Live Diverse +Talented and the upcoming release of The DEI Effect!

Over the years Travis has authored 4 books, created an anti-bullying curriculum for schools nationwide, hosted brand bootcamps, and built marketing courses for global brands.

Travis and his wife Bre live in Fishers, with their 3 kids Jayla, Carter, and Braden. Travis attends Heartland church, serves on both the 500 Festival and 1st Tee board of directors, and coaches youth basketball at the Mojo Up Sports complex.

  • Andrea Mazzocco

    MANAGER IN DELOITTE’S GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC SERVICES HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTING PRACTICE

    Andrea Mazzocco has over eight years of experience delivering people-related client services such as workforce diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), educational equity, workforce development and training, talent strategies, and more. She serves as the Workforce DEI Leader for Deloitte’s state and local government, higher education, and non-profit clients and is a leader in Deloitte’s Workforce Development Ecosystems practice.

    Andrea leads several workforce and equity-related projects across the U.S. Her most recent clients include the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education, the City of Seattle, the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions, and the City of Minneapolis.

    CEO AND FOUNDER OF AAA SOLUTIONS

    Andrew Adeniyi (he/him/his) is a first-generation Nigerian American from South Bend, Indiana, and the CEO & Founder of AAA Solutions, a consulting firm that provides business strategy, workplace culture, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) consulting and speaking services to small businesses and non-profits.

    With over 10 years of executive-level management experience, Andrew has helped dozens of clients improve their employee engagement and create a sense of belonging within their organizations.

    Andrew currently resides just outside of Indianapolis, Indiana, with his wife and three kids and published his first book titled The Circle of Leadership in the Summer of 2020. The book serves as an entrepreneurial framework for creating and leveraging culture.

    Andrew Bradford (he/him/his) and his colleagues are responsible for advancing external relationships and partnerships in the community through fundraising, membership, marketing, and evaluation. His role on the Executive Leadership Team at Conner Prairie allows him to find creative ways each day to redefine how the world views and uses museums.

    Andrew, his partner, and two kids reside in Carmel, Indiana, and are active members of their community. Andrew serves as the immediate past board chair for the Hamilton County Leadership Academy and as a committee member for the Friends of Lake Leelanau Campaign. His passion for equity, inclusion, diversity and access are brought to the forefront in both his day job at the Museum, and in his work with the Hamilton County Community Foundation and their Opportunity, Equity and Inclusion committee.

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF GENDERNEXUS

    Emma Vosicky (she/her) is a business/business litigation attorney, currently serving as Executive Director of GenderNexus, an Indiana agency which empowers gender-diverse people and their loved-ones to lead healthy, authentic, and joyful lives.

    In addition to having served on and chaired multiple boards and committees, Emma has volunteered and worked with several organizations supporting the rights of marginalized individuals. Emma is also a published writer, storyteller, and public speaker.

    Amy Waninger is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), Certified Diversity Executive (CDE), and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. She is also a Member of the National Speakers Association and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.

    She’s been named a Top 100 HR Influencer globally four years in a row and has served clients and audiences on all seven continents, including Antarctica! Her other credentials include two degrees from Indiana University and a “World’s Best Mom” coffee mug.

    Sonal Sheth Zawahri is an award-winning Author, Strategist Trainer, and Emotional Intelligence (EI) Coach. She holds a B.S. degree from Miami University and an M.S. from Ohio State University. She was recently awarded the Diversity and Inclusion Champion Award through Women & Hi Tech. As an EI strategist, Sonal empowers individuals to step into ACTION & develop the MINDSET they need to STRETCH & create the life they want! She teaches individuals and teams how to use EI to build confidence, cultivate & strengthen leadership skills, nurture effective communication & foster Inclusive cultures. She designs & delivers Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging training for teams such as Roche, Eli Lilly, Ronald McDonald House, SHRM, PM Institute of IN & Chicago, Ivy Tech community college, and many others. Sonal uses a combination of training, group coaching, and 1:1 coaching to empower individuals to achieve their goals. She presents live & virtually to local & global audiences.

    Jimmie McMillian proudly serves as Chief Diversity Officer and Senior Corporate Counsel for Penske Entertainment Corp. The company is comprised of INDYCAR, IMS Productions and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, home of the Indianapolis 500 Mile Race.

    As Chief Diversity Officer, Jimmie leads diversity and inclusion efforts across Penske Entertainment Corp. He’s also charged with implementing key pillars of Race for Equality & Change, an initiative to provide opportunities for underrepresented women and men in the motorsports industry and open wheel racing.

    VICE PRESIDENT OF STRATEGIC INITIATIVES and ID&E CHAIR, NAVIENT

    Judah leads the development and execution of Navient’s strategic initiatives. In 2018, she was selected by Navient Executives to Chair the first employee-led Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (ID&E) Council. In collaboration with the team, she is responsible for developing the ID&E roadmap and implementing effective programs. She has been integral in developing strategies that reshape the organizational culture throughout Navient.
